This episode of Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom follow three elephant matriarchs in the scorching desert of the Namib. It follows the challenges and he endurance of each of these elephant nomads. The Namib Desert in Southwest Africa is one of the oldest deserts in the world as well as one of the harshest places for elephants to live. I watched the Rhino Nights episode again last night on Animal Planet and Saber mentioned an organization that i wanted to take a second to highlight today. The organization is called Save The Rhino Trustand their aim is to stop the horrendous slaughter of rhino, elephant and other wildlife.
