Little People, Big World Season 4

TLC has announced that the fourth season of Little People, Big World, the docu-reality series that follows the lives of dwarf couple Matt and Amy Roloff and their four children, will premiere on Monday, October 13 at 8 PM ET/PT.
Little People, Big World’s fourth season will premiere with a one-hour special in which Matt travels to Iraq to help a family with three dwarf children in desperate need of medical attention.
Following Matt’s Iraq trip, the fourth season will continue with 20 additional episodes about the entire Roloff family.
Watch the Roloff family on the Oprah show in March 2008.

Discovery Health is now casting people of all sizes, who need to get back in shape, for an intense four-week training program, “Fit to Live,” that will be documented on camera.

Paul McKenna from TLC’s self-help and weight loss series, I Can Make You Thin was on The Ellen DeGenres show about a month back and he spoke about the show and what he hoped to accomplish. Check out these two videos as well as Ellen commenting on how he helped her to quit smoking.
His technique is so good and its really basic psychology and behavioral change techniques.

The soup bowl experiment from TLC’s I Can Make You Thin is a very interesting one. The premise is that if your bowl doesn’t appear to get empty then you’ll keep eating. If you see food in front of you then you’ll keep eating it.

OK, so apparently, Paul McKenna is more of a genius than I ever expected him to be. I’ve been doing some research on his books as well as his theories and he seems to have some what of a cult following out there. I Can Make You Thin premiered on TLCon March 16th. The premise of the show is that weight loss guru Paul McKenna can and will use his anti-diet approaches to help individuals lose weight. The series uses Paul’s “4 Golden Rules ” which are just simple techniques that viewers can use to control the relationship that their mind has with food.

On this episode of Real Life Mysteries on TLC they focused on a Dateline NBC episode that surrounded adoption fraud. They investigate “would be” parents that pay for babies but never receive them.
Amy Cumby defrauded numerous husbands and boyfriends as well as families looking to adopt babies. The families end up confronting this woman took more than just their money. She stole their dream of adopting a child.
TIPS: Get a licensed agency or experienced adoption specialist involved.
