How Its Made: Ice Cream Cones

How It’s Made is a documentary program showing how common, everyday items (including foodstuffs like bubblegum, industrial products such as motors, musical instruments including guitars, and sporting goods such as snowboards) are manufactured.
An offscreen narrator explains each process. Each half hour show usually has three or four main segments, with each product getting a demonstration of about five minutes, with exceptions for more complex products.

Greensburg Theme Song

On May 14th I posted info about the new show on Planet Green called Greensburg. The show is about the rebuilding efforts that are taking place in Greensburg, Kansas after the tornado devastation in 2007.
Dave was kind enough to post a comment about the song playing in the commercial for the show. I haven’t gotten a chance to see the show yet but my sources are telling me that the song is “Anyway” by Martina McBride. Here is the video below. Ever wonder how things are made? Discovery Channel’s show, How Its Made, airs on Tuesdays-Fridays at 7PM ET/PT takes a look at how everyday objects are made. Its similar to the other Discovery show Some Assembly Required, and I can’t tell the difference between the two just yet.
Some of the episodes will feature how things are made such as chain saws, globs (for science classes), and the pin ball machine. Watch the clip below as you learn how to make a pinball machine.
