Animal Cops: South Africa is a new series that premiered on June 6th. The show is around the cases that the SPCA in South Africa’s Cape of Good Hope are investigating and handling.
The Cape of Good Hope SPCAis a community-run NGO and is a member of the NSPCA (National Council of SPCAs). The Cape of Good Hope SPCA became part of the Animal Cops Show after Animal Planet commissioned a South African Version of the series, based on Animal Cops Houston and Animal Precinct, and Animal Cops Detroit.

Animal Cops: Philadelphiawill premier on Animal Planet on Wednesday, July 16th at 10PM ET/PT. The show will follow the Pennsylvania SPCA Humane Law Enforcement team as they investigate cases of animal cruelty as well as rescue sick and abused animals.
The Pennsylvania SPCA covers an area of over 46,000 square miles and consists of 6 officers and 6 trainees who are on call 24 hours a day and 7 days of each week.
