Alaska Experiment - Looking for Teams
I came across this posting after many of you inquired about how to sign-up for Discovery Channel’s Alaska Experiment. I’m not sure of how authentic this is or when the deadline is, if it is for next year or has already passed. Check it out and let me know what you have found out. Follow this link to get to the application for Alaska Experiment. Let me know how it goes.

This is from a previous comment from Jake: These are the folks who are in charge of the Alaska Experiment show. Write to them if you want to be on for next year.

My husband and I have always wanted to go to Alaska…After raising our five kids we are now “too tired” to go..!
So…This is PERFECT!!! We love the scenery, and the “teams” are a laugh riot..(especially the “dad and the sisters”!!!!)
Looking forward to watching ALL of their experiences!!!
Thank you for the “trip” to Alaska from the comfort of our home!

I have to ask…. What, other than the experience, is the benefit of going on this show? I have not yet heard…..Do these participants get money, or just the satisfaction of saying they did it and made it to the end? I would love to do something like this but am not in a position, with my current job, to be able to take that kind of time. If anyone out there knows the answers to my questions please post or email me. Thanks

Not sure if they get paid for it or not, thats a opportunity of a lifetime! I dont follow that last post from Discovery. But if they are still looking for next season, count a used car salesman here in!

I think that it would br quite an adventure and being a hunter since the age of 10 years old the food part of the challenge would possibly a little easier. So how do we sign up?

i’m 45yrs old, i have a ten year old son that thinks we can survive if given the opportunity to challenge alaska;currently living in illinois but i’m really from south texas, i don;t really like cold weather and to think of preparing for winter like on the show must not be all that easy. i think i would love alaska more then attempting to stay alive; it really seems exhausting but considering i love to paint; the the beauty is well worth the shot. bring it! count us in!

This is not the correct application. If they are interested in talking with you about Season 2 they would/will send you the application and after looking at the app you have in a link it’s the wrong film company that is filming season 2. The link was/is on the Discovery Channels website..
