NEW SHOW ALERT: Creature Comforts

by Healthy Shana on April 8th, 2008

15977_010_m.JPGI think the kids over at Disney Society would love this new show that will be premiering on Animal Planet on Thursday, April 24th at 7PM and then again at 7:30PM. Its a cute little show called Creature Comforts and its from the academy award winning Aardman Animations.

The show will run in 1/2 hour segments and includes interviews with hundreds of Americans covering a variety of subjects, such as an explanation of animal magnetism and what creatures look for in a mate, as well as the truth about lies and what it takes to keep a secret.

According to Animal Planet, the stories are then “told through the mouths of animated animals, insects and other non-human species, they reveal their thoughts in a new and distinct ways, such as: an older married couple listing their ailments as told by two lovebirds; the couple who talks about their great height difference as told by two dachshunds; and two men who seem to be examining the bouquet of a fine wine as portrayed by two dogs sniffing, well, another dog”.

This should be very interesting. Lets see if I can trick my four year old into watching it with me :)

i loved ther show-i am not sure i would want a child under ten to watch it tho’. it does have some ‘grownup scenes’, a 10 year old may or may not understand, but anyone under 10 may be a bit confused and need to have a talk to exlpain certain segments
